Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for the Edgehill Nursing & Rehab facility in Glenside, PA. The role involves delivering therapy plans under PT supervision and promoting patient progress in a daytime, full-time schedule.

Applicants should have an Associate Degree in PTA, an active PTA license, and preferably 1 year of experience. We offer licensure reimbursement, a full benefits package, 401k, life insurance, and generous PTO.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
