Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Morris, MN team at West Wind Village. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
