Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Grundy, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. You will collaborate with licensed therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document outcomes, and educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Requires PTA license in the state of employment.
• Associate degree in PTA program required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a PT.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
