Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Edgehill Nursing & Rehab location in Glenside, PA. This full-time, daytime role emphasizes collaborative care and patient-focused outcomes across our growing network.

You will implement treatment plans under a supervising PT, monitor progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices to improve daily function. Join a team dedicated to therapy-led care and staff support.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
