Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Gardens of Fairfax in Cleveland, OH. The role supports therapists by implementing treatment plans and assisting clients with exercises, under supervision.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in PTA, an active state license, and 1 year of PTA experience. We offer part-time daytime schedules with potential for full-time and a 401k with company match.

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
