Continuum Therapy Partners in Omaha, NE is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed therapists and deliver personalized care. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and device use.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
