Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team on a full-time daytime schedule. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and contribute to delivering quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree and Indiana PTA licensure, with 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in PTA program.
• Active PTA license in state.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
