Continuum Therapy Partners in Sterling Heights, MI seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our daytime, full-time team. You will implement individualized treatment plans under a supervising PT and help patients progress with home exercise programs.

The role requires an associate degree, a valid PTA license, and prior PTA experience is welcomed. We offer full benefits, 401k with match, licensure reimbursement, life and disability insurance, and generous PTO.

• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
