Continuum Therapy Partners in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join a patient-focused care team at Whitewater Health Services, St. Charles location.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes. The role offers daytime, full-time hours, competitive benefits, licensure reimbursement, 401k matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
