Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care at West Wind Village in Morris, MN. This PRN position involves implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist and educating patients on home exercise programs.

Candidates should have an Associate Degree in PTA, an active PTA license in the state, and ideally 1 year of PTA experience. Documentation of patient progress is required as part of daily duties.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
