Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care at Whitewater Health Services in St. Charles, MN. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress towards goals.

This PRN position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality care. A PTA degree and active state license are required; one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program completed at an accredited program.
• State PTA license in good standing and current.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Maintains accurate progress notes and communicates changes to the supervising PT.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of devices.
• Document patient progress and status changes in the chart.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
