Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Verona, PA team. The role involves implementing patient-specific treatment plans under a supervising PT and documenting progress to ensure safe, effective care at Seneca Place, Verona.

You will educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices, with a schedule that is PRN daytime and location-based in Verona, PA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from PTA program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required


• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License


• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred


• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist


• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT


• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
