Flagstar Rehab is actively seeking Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to work in skilled nursing facilities. We offer a flexible “choose the way you earn” model and support for practice ownership structures if desired.

Formación

• Active NYS PTA license and registration.
• Valid BLS certification.
• EMR competence and basic tech skills.
• Eligible to work in the US in a nursing facility.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care.
• Provide quality therapy services to SNF patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Adhere to state and federal employment requirements.

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NYS PTA License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress
