Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support our therapy team. You will implement individualized treatment plans under a supervising PT and help patients progress toward their goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, documentation of progress, and education on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices. Ohio PTA licensure and an Associate Degree are required; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
