Job summary

Flagstar Rehab is seeking Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) for Skilled Nursing Facilities in New Jersey. We offer a “choose the way you earn” model with options for W-2 or 1099, quick interviews and remote onboarding.

Join a supportive team focused on geriatric care, with flexible scheduling and weekly direct deposit pay. Requirements include a current NJ PTA license, BLS, EMR competence, and eligibility to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Current NJ PTA License and Registration.
• Valid BLS Certification.
• EMR Competence.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress.

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NJ PTA License and Registration
