Job summary

Flagstar Rehab is actively seeking Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our network of skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey. We offer a flexible “choose the way you earn” model with quick interviews and remote onboarding to get you into the role smoothly.

Applicants must have a NJ PTA license, BLS, and EMR competence; coverage is available in Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem with weekly pay options. Benefits details vary by role and facility.

Qualifications

• Current NJ PTA License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis
• Monitor and document patient progress

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:
