Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for our Delmar Gardens West-Chesterfield location in Missouri. This full-time daytime role requires an Associate Degree in PTA and a current Missouri PTA license, with 1 year of experience preferred.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and device use under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA program required.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
