Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team serving St. Louis area facilities. The role splits between Creve Coeur Manor, U-City Forest Manor, and The Pillars of North County, with daytime, full-time hours.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and the proper use of assistive devices. Prior PTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
