Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Mount Vernon, OH facility. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and documenting patient progress for continuous care.

You will educate patients on home exercise programs, assistive devices, and work as part of a therapist-led team dedicated to high-quality patient outcomes. Full-time daytime schedule with benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License is required.
• At least 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
