Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for our Norton Health & Rehab location in Galloway, OH. This full-time daytime role supports patient care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in PTA, an active state PTA license, and prefers 1 year of experience. Comprehensive benefits are provided, with licensure reimbursement and retirement options.

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
