Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Norton Health & Rehab in Galloway, OH. The PTA must have an Associate Degree and an active state PTA license. A minimum of one year of PTA experience is preferred.

You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and proper device use. Full-time daytime schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in PTA program is required.
• State PTA license in good standing is required.
• Experience: 1 year as PTA preferred.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
