Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in the Tampa, FL area. The role supports the Physical Therapist and provides both individual and group sessions to residents, assisting in treatment planning and goal achievement.

Qualifikationen

Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
Active PTA license in state(s) of practice.
Commitment to ongoing continuing education and licensure maintenance.

Aufgaben

Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention.
Assist the Physical Therapist in treatment planning and goal setting.
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions as outlined in the treatment plan.
Assist in selecting therapy techniques and adapting activities to resident needs.
Monitor resident responses and modify treatment as indicated.
Maintain resident schedules and ensure timely documentation in EMR.
