Qualifications

• Active Michigan PTA license required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• Able to carry/transport basic therapy equipment
• Competency in core PTA scope and home health practices

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes under supervising PT’s plan of care
• Execute treatment plans focusing on gait, balance, transfers, strengthening, and home safety

Education

Active Michigan PTA license (in good standing)
