Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed, registered, or certified to assist in physical therapy in state of Washington.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Ability to work in a home-care setting with diverse patients.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments and provide exercise instruction per plan of care.
• Instruct patients and families in therapy techniques and safety.
• Monitor progress and report to supervising PT and care team.
• Visit patients within the service area.
