Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA (IDFPR) in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Board-eligible; must pass board exam at next available date.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families, caregivers and students.
• Follows and adjusts plan of care in consultation with the PT.
• Completes daily documentation in therapy EMR per policy.
• Administers electrical stimulation and aquatic therapy as prescribed.
• Coordinates with PT and communicates progress to referring provider.
