Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention/treatment.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating and developing treatment plans.
• Establish and modify resident schedules with the team.
• Document compliant and medically necessary care in NetHealth EMR.
