Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive fitness program adoption and pair clients with trained professionals. You will convert leads, maintain member engagement, and promote dotFIT offerings while achieving sales goals.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-energy gym culture, collaborate with trainers, and help members reach their fitness goals with exceptional service and motivation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily to drive PT program uptake.
• Pair clients with trainers, align with dotFIT programs, and meet sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment.
