Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive our fitness programs and coordinate with Personal Trainers. You will convert leads, set up clients with trainers, and maintain high activity while meeting sales targets.

You should be self-driven, energetic, and thrive in a team-based gym environment, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and helping members achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Certification in nationally accredited personal training programs within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Sell and drive personal training programs, assigning clients to trainers.
• Convert leads to new clients and hand off to PTs for a great experience.
• Engage members daily and book sessions; support billing and scheduling as needed.
• Build a collaborative team environment and develop trust in the trainer.
