Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive our fitness programs and assign clients to trainers. You will work to achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding member experiences.

You will engage with members daily, coordinate with trainers, and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment focused on our mission to Transform People.

Formación

• Proven sales track record, preferably in fitness.
• 2-3+ years in a fast-paced sales role recommended.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Team-oriented with competitive drive.
• Willingness to obtain nationally accredited certifications within 120 days.

Responsabilidades

• Lead selling efforts and convert leads to new clients.
• Coordinate with trainers to assign clients and programs.
• Maintain high activity and engagement with members during shifts.
