Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive fitness program adoption and efficiently assign clients to personal trainers. The role emphasizes sales excellence, member engagement, and a supportive team culture within a rapidly growing Texas-based franchise.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust.
• Certification in one or more nationally accredited certifications must be acquired within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily and drive sales.
• Assign a team of personal trainers to clients and manage onboarding.
• Set and surpass sales targets while maintaining a positive, motivating environment.
• Fill the funnel by converting leads into new clients and hand off to trainers for optimal experience.
