Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive fitness program enrollment and match clients with our team of personal trainers. You will set and surpass sales targets while delivering outstanding member experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead with energy, engage daily with members, connect them to personal training and dotFIT supplements, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Certification required in one or more nationally accredited certifications (ACSM, ACE, NASM, CSCS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: engage with members daily and guide them to personal training and dotFIT programs.
• Customer Service Concierge: address questions and assist with booking, billing updates.
• Team Builder: foster collaboration and promote trainer as subject matter expert.
