Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive fitness program adoption and connect clients with Personal Trainers. You will lead sales efforts, set and exceed goals, and build trust with members while upholding the mission to transform lives through fitness.

You are competitive, energetic, and customer oriented, with proven sales experience in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust.
• Certification in one or more nationally accredited certifications must be acquired within the first 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily and drive the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with personal trainers to match clients and programs; meet sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with booking sessions and billing tasks.
