Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive fitness programs and assign clients to Personal Trainers. You will spearhead lead conversion, set ambitious sales targets, and deliver a high-energy member experience in a fast-paced gym environment.

The role emphasizes engaging with members daily, guiding them to top-tier training options, and sharing dotFIT programs to help clients achieve goals while maintaining a collaborative team approach.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: Engage with current or new members daily.
• Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff and set them up with a personal trainer.
• Customer Service Concierge: address questions and assist with bookings and billing updates.
• Team Builder: foster collaboration and develop trust in your training team.
