Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive fitness programs and assign clients to our trainers. You’ll convert leads, meet sales targets, and foster a motivating environment aligned with our Transform People mission.

You will pair members with trained professionals, promote dotFIT solutions, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Guide members to personal trainers and fitdotFIT programs.
• Set up trainers with clients and achieve sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven club environment.
