Leap Inc in Texas is seeking a passionate Sales Supervisor to lead our boutique on the Leap Platform. You will own daily sales performance, coach a team, and create memorable customer experiences on the shop floor.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to drive metrics. Compensation includes an hourly range of $20–$22, bonus eligibility, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique or premium retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with relationship-building and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with product knowledge and personalized service.
• Develop and support the team, onboard new hires, and reinforce training.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and events to ensure standards.
