Job summary

Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Supervisor to join our installation, powered by the Leap Platform. You will be a hands-on leader on the sales floor, drive performance, and ensure an elevated in-store experience.

You will oversee daily operations as Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is not present. 1–3 years of retail leadership, strong coaching and customer-service skills, and familiarity with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and relationship building.
