The role requires 7-day availability, a relevant certification, CPR/AED, and at least two years of related experience; a four-year degree is preferred. You will set goals, lead daily operations, and ensure policy compliance.

• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate professionally with guests, members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements
• Schedule and manage client appointments and maintain up-to-date scheduling records
• Oversee coaching staff productivity and ensure club sales goals are met
• Perform administrative duties and ensure adherence to club policies and procedures
