UFC GYM is looking for a Personal Training Sales Manager responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue through Private Training and Supplements. The role requires overseeing scheduling, addressing member issues, and executing training sales successfully.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and a focus on customer service. You will work with the Fitness Manager to ensure club revenue objectives are met while managing coach

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training from assessment to program design, and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Review club sales performance and provide feedback to the team.
• Coordinate with clients for appointments and manage schedules.
