Summary

Curate exceptional in-store experiences by delivering personalized styling and client-focused service. Drive individual sales performance and contribute to team goals through proactive clienteling and use of digital CRM tools. Support store standards, visual presentation, and participate in training and community initiatives in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) while supporting team sales plans.
• Use CRM and digital tools (e.g., Polo Connect) to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, hiring, and training activities.
• Adapt selling approach for in-person and remote customers and balance multiple tasks to prioritize the customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Comfortable operating a register and working on the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb moderately, and move around stock/dressing rooms and cashwrap.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM systems preferred.
