They drive individual sales through clienteling, outreach, and use of digital tools while supporting store visual standards and team initiatives. This part-time role focuses on meeting sales goals and developing client relationships that can lead to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized styling.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Capture customer data in CRM (Polo Connect) to support clienteling and follow-up.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors and support team training initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising and displays.
• Support hiring efforts, participate in store initiatives, and adapt selling for remote or in-person customers.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
