Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting KPIs and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data, perform outreach, and support clienteling efforts.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising following company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, training, and talent sourcing activities.
• Adapt presentation and service for remote and in-person customer interactions.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
