• Utilize CRM tools like Polo connect for clienteling and data capture to support outreach and business initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer‑centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and use merchandising techniques per company guidelines.
• Participate in store and company initiatives, community outreach, and team training to execute business results.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and assist in sourcing and identifying talent.
