Responsibilities

1. Prepare items for the salad bar, including cutting fruit, setting up, and maintaining stock and freshness.
2. Ensure all food safety standards are met for the salad bar.
3. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies at the start of each shift, and comply with PPE requirements.
4. Receive, store, and stock items efficiently.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including physical base scores for the position.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet performance standards.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate relevant equipment and tools.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper approved clothing and shoes for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual.
• Lift/carry: up to 25 lbs., with up to 35 lbs. for ergonomic considerations.
• Stand: 55%, sit: 0%, walk: 45%.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
