Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare items for the salad bar, including cutting fruit, setting up the salad bar, and ensuring all items are stocked and fresh.
2. Follow all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
3. Review the work schedule at the start of each shift, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements.
4. Receive, store, and stock items appropriately.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to complete job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Capable of using or learning to use necessary equipment and tools.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper, approved clothing and footwear for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continuous.
• Lift/carry: up to 25 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 35 lbs.
• Maximum static pull: 20 lbs.
