Responsibilities

1. Prepare salad bar items: cut fruit, set up, and ensure all items are stocked and fresh.
2. Maintain food safety standards for the salad bar.
3. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements at the start of each shift.
4. Receive, store, and stock inventory.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand job duties and safety policies.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform all tasks safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continual cycles of activity.
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs., with category IV lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55% of the time, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.
