DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare items for the salad bar: cut fruit, set up the salad bar, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
2. Ensure all food safety requirements for the salad bar are executed properly.
3. Review the work schedule at the start of each shift, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements.
4. Receive, store, and stock items appropriately.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform duties satisfactorily and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Completion of the company's 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to learn and operate required equipment and tools safely.
• Willingness to wear proper uniform and shoes approved for the role.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Physical activity includes standing (55%) and walking (45%).
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs, with category IV lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
