Job Description: Salad Bar Associate

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare salad bar items by cutting fruit, setting up the salad bar, and keeping all items stocked and fresh.
• Ensure all food safety standards are met and maintained.
• Review work schedules and check equipment and supplies at the start of each shift, adhering to PPE requirements.
• Receive, store, and stock inventory items efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters regularly.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand in English.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including physical base scores.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet performance standards.
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Stand for approximately 55% of the shift and walk for 45%.
• Lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs., with occasional static pulls up to 20 lbs.
