Responsibilities

1. Prepare items for the salad bar, including cutting fruit, setting up, and keeping items stocked and fresh.
2. Ensure all food safety standards are met for the salad bar.
3. Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies at the start of each shift, and comply with PPE requirements.
4. Receive, store, and stock inventory.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform job duties and follow policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Physical activity: standing 55%, walking 45%, minimal sitting.
• Lift/carry: up to 25 lbs., with category IV up to 35 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Team members should understand and follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the manual and handbook.
