Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare items for the salad bar: cut fruit, set up, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
2. Ensure all food safety standards are followed for the salad bar.
3. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies at the start of each shift, and comply with PPE requirements.
4. Receive, store, and stock items appropriately.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including physical base scores for the position.
• Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to learn and use equipment and tools required for the job.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper, approved clothing and shoes for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual.
• Lift/carry: up to 25 lbs., category IV: up to 35 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
