Hoffman Estates Park District is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for Willow Recreation Center. The role greets guests, provides information, processes registrations and memberships, handles cash, and helps open/close the facility. You will answer phones, issue ID cards, and keep the space orderly.

The position requires reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and English communication. Shifts include morning and some weekend coverage at Willow Recreation Center in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Formación

• Prefer High School or further Education.
• Previous office or customer service experience helpful but not necessary.
• General computer skills.
• Ability to assist guests diplomatically, handle conflicts appropriately and answer questions regarding Park District operations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests.
• Process program registrations and memberships.
• Handle cash and reconcile daily cash drawers.
• Open/close the recreation center.
• Answer telephone and provide information or direct calls.
• Issue photo Identification cards to pass holders, members and employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate maintenance issues and room setups.
